Final house meeting in Gillin and Maple

Caroline LeGresley (AKA Ms L) On Wednesday evening, the last house meeting of the year was held in the Heather Gillin Residence. This meeting comes with many traditions that have been developed over the years. The staff presents their “paper plate award” to the graduating girls, poking a little fun at some of their time in residence along with some memories. Then it’s the turn of the Grade 11s to present a “grad gift” to the graduating class so that they remember their good times in the residence. This year they received custom T-shirts in Gillin and a necklace in Maple. However, this year, a few of the departing staff were also surprised with their very own paper plates! It was an evening of fun, laughter, tears and excitement. We will miss you, grads!
