Sora Bui On Saturday, May 4, one of our boarders, Eva He, organized a small mindfulness activity to help us to relax and reduce the stress from studies and assignments. We spent about an hour colouring some mandalas and listened to some soft and relaxing music. It was really fun because we got to relax our minds. Also, we got to talk with others we don’t normally talk to. More importantly, for an hour, we got off our technologies and communicated with friends. It was a really meaningful activity for the weekend and I think we should organize it once every month.
